Community Requests
Target
CSGID invites requests from the scientific community for the
determination of structure of proteins of biomedical relevance from
microbial pathogens. Proposed targets should be from the areas of focus
of the Center:
- Bacilli
(Bacillus,
Listeria,
Staphylococcus,
Streptococcus)
- Gamma-proteobacteria
(Coxiella,
Escherichia,
Francisella,
Salmonella,
Shigella,
Vibrio,
Yersinia)
- dsDNA viruses
(Orthopoxvirus,
Rhadinovirus,
Roseolovirus,
Erythrovirus)
- and ssRNA neg-strand viruses
(Filoviridae,
Orthomyxoviridae,
