Annotation

Description
The mouse monoclonal antibody, ZV-64, is specific for Zika virus. It does not cross-react to West Nile virus, Japanese encephalitis virus, or Dengue virus types -1, -2, -3, or -4. ZV-64 strongly neutralizes the French Polynesian 2013 strain of Zika virus now circulating in the Americas. It recognizes the C-C'''' loop on domain III (DIII) of the Zika envelope protein.
