Annotation

Description
The mouse monoclonal antibody, ZV-67, is specific for Zika virus. It does not cross-react to West Nile virus, Japanese encephalitis virus, or Dengue virus types -1, -2, -3, or -4. ZV-67 strongly neutralizes a wide range of Zika virus, including strains from Africa, Asia, and the Americas. It recognizes the "lateral ridge" region on domain III (DIII) of the Zika envelope protein.
