Annotation

Description
Murine norovirus (MNoV) is closely related to Human norovirus, the most common cause of acute gastroenteritis worldwide. The mechanisms by which soluble cofactors augment the interaction between the norovirus capsid protein and the host receptor are not well understood. This entry contains a fragment of the MNoV capsid, the dimeric MNoV VP1 protruding (P) domain, in complex with the murine CD300lf receptor, and in complex with the bile acid glycochenodeoxycholic acid.
